Staff in catering event was extremely attentive and pleasant. front desk personnel were also welcoming and of service. Rooms were as seen in pictures - spacious. Happy it had a mini fridge - rare find in some hotels.

Our breakfast was included, but the counter enforced us to get the vouchers on daily basis in the morning time, which was not a good practice for me, I really hate, as if I have paid and I am going to ask breakfast vouchers on Daily basis. Ridiculously BAD.

Loved Our Stay At the Hotel. The Commute to Everything Was Very Easy. Rooms are spacious and Pool was Great and Open Late!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room and comfy bed. It is super well located, near by the airport and connects to the Convention Center and Miami International Merchandise Mart

I like the room it was clean and beautiful and the pool and was beautiful also. The front desk was excellent they respectful, nice and kind to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Always feel better than home! Very near of airport! Front desk already know my name and call me by my name and that make feel at home! Always people smiling! They already know what I want!
